Registration can only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment or the bank receipt voucher. Make sure your payment is made in advance. Please note that we do not accept any payment on the spot.
Conference fee includes forum attendance, conference proceedings, luncheon, conference banquet, refreshments and simultaneous translation service, excluding accommodation and traveling fees are excluded.
A substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellations must be made by a written notice sent and received by the conference committee prior to 8 October 2008 for refund, but an administration fee of USD100 will be charged.
The final conference program will be available on 15 October 2008.
Refund Policy:
If you could not attend the conference after you have made the payment, the conference fee will be refunded upon a written notice to the conference committee one month prior to the date the conference will be held. Please find the detailed refund policy below.
Prior to 27, September(inclusive of 27th Sep.): Full refund (subject to a bank handling charge)
Prior to 6 October (inclusive of 6th Oct.): 50% refund (subject to a bank handling charge)
After 6 October: No refund
