Conference fee includes forum attendance, conference proceedings, luncheon, conference banquet, refreshments and simultaneous translation service, excluding accommodation and traveling fees are excluded.
A substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellations must be made by a written notice sent and received by the conference committee prior to 8 October 2008 for refund, but an administration fee of USD100 will be charged.
The final conference program will be available on 25 Aug 2008.
Refund Policy
If you could not attend the conference after you have made the payment, the conference fee will be fully refunded (subject to a bank handling charge) upon a written notice sent to the conference committee prior to 25 August, 2008, or no refund will be made.
