Registration can only be confirmed on receipt of payment or proof of payment.
Conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches, dinners and conference documentation, but accommodation and traveling fees are excluded.
A substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to Mar 28, 2008 to qualify for a refund, but an administration fee of USD100 will be charged.
Participants will be informed of latest conference information, while final conference program will be available on Mar 28, 2008.
