Ningxia to implement staggered production for winter and spring 2022-2023

China's Ningxia has asked companies from some key industries, including iron and steel, ferroalloy, carbon, calcium carbide and coke, to stagger production from November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, according to a notice issued by the local authority.
